Shipping Policy
Order Processing: In-stock items will ship within 48 business hours after your order is received in our system.
Domestic Shipping:
· Light items ship via USPS Priority Mail.
· Heavier or oversized items ship via FedEx or UPS.
· Items over 12 lbs or oversized may incur additional shipping charges. We will contact you for approval before charging.
Weight Limit Policy:
· Standard orders are limited to 25 lbs.
· Orders exceeding this limit will be shipped FOB (Freight on Board). We will email you the shipping quote and you can choose to proceed or cancel.
Returns on Free Shipping Orders:
· If your order qualified for Free Shipping and is returned (partially or fully), your refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost we incurred.
International Orders:
· Shipping is charged at checkout..
· We will email you if additional shipping costs are needed after you place your order. You can confirm or cancel at that time.
