Return Policy Summary

  • 30-Day Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt (based on UPS tracking).
    • Saddles: Must notify us within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange.
  • Conditions for Returns:
    • Items must be unused, in new condition, with original tags and packaging.
    • Used, damaged, or items without original packaging/tags will not be accepted.
    • A 25% restocking fee applies if:
      • Packaging is missing.
      • Tags are removed.
      • A shipping label is placed directly on product packaging (e.g., boot box).
  • Free Shipping Orders:
    • If returned, you will be credited the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
    • If a return causes your order to fall below the "Free Shipping" threshold, the original shipping cost will also be deducted.
  • Large Orders:
    • May be subject to limited returns (e.g., max 1 pair of boots and 1 pair of breeches can be returned from an order of 10 each).
    • Exchanges are usually allowed.

Saddles

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return or exchange a saddle.
  • Saddles must be unused and in new condition with all original tags and packaging.

General Returns

  • Items must be in new condition, with all original tags attached and packaging included.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery.
  • If your order qualified for Free Shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • If returning items causes your order total to fall below the Free Shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will also be deducted.

Restocking Fees

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply if:
    • The original packaging is missing or damaged.
    • Tags have been removed.
    • A shipping label is placed directly on the product packaging (e.g., the boot box), rendering the item unsellable as new.

Large Orders

  • For bulk purchases, we may limit the number of items eligible for return.
    • Example: If 10 pairs of boots and 10 pairs of breeches are purchased, only 1 pair of each may be returned.
    • Exchanges are typically welcomed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, worn, damaged, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.
